Most of our products that are on this website are shipped Knocked Down (K.D.), which means some assembly required before use. Products shipped Knocked Down include all necessary parts, hardware and assembly instructions. Setup and Knocked Down items DO NOT include any anchoring or installation hardware to attach items to your walls or floors. We strongly urge you to read these instruction and anchor items per the manufactures recommendations.

Items Shipping To You:

We will ship your order UPS whenever possible. Most of these products are to large, or to heavy to ship UPS, these item will be shipped by truck (Freight Carriers) from the closest distribution point, saving you any extra freight cost. When Your order is shipped via Truck(Freight Carriers) you must be aware of the following:

1.SHIPPING ORDER:We will ship to only destinations within the United States (excluding Alaska & Hawaii, You must call for a custom freight rate). Orders shipping to a business address with cost less. We CANNOT ship to a PO BOX.

2.READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION:The customer is responsible for removing (unloading) the truck. We will make ever effort to have the Carrier call you to schedule an appointment with you. It is the customers responsibility to have sufficent manpower and equipment to remove the order from the truck. Trucks may or may not be avaiable , this must be arranged prior to shipping your order, additional charges may apply.

CUSTOMERS OBLIGATION UPON DELIVERY:

Please inspect all cartons for damage of anykind prior to signing any freight bill. If there is any obvious or potential damage, the person receiving the order must make a note on the original freight bill. I.E.Subject to final count and inspection or carton missing, carton damaged ect. You then have 24 hours to notify us of any damaged items. Any item damaged and noted so on the freight bill will be replaced NO CHARGE to you.

RETURN GOODS POLICY:All sales of custom material are final NO RETURNS PERMITTED.
In Stock items purchased from this website are returnable within 10 days from delivery date. Any product returned with a valid authorization number will be accepted for credit minus a 25% restocking charge plus the return shipping cost. ALL products must be returned in the original cartons and in new condition with all parts and hardware included. Contact us for a return authorization number and instructions.PRODUCTS CAN NOT BE RETURNED WITHOUT THIS NUMBER.
